Progressive Dinner Party

On Sunday night we participated in our first ever 'progressive dinner party' it was soooo much fun!! Appetizers were served at our house, Dinner at Helens & Dessert at Tony & Corinne's! Lots of laughs, yummy food, good company and stuffed bellies for the night! =)

Appetizers at our place were...Cucumber pancakes topped with sour cream and as assortment of prosciutto ham, grilled asparagus & baked pumpkin.
I seriously recommend these..super easy to make and sooooo yummy & they are light on the hips, easy on the lips too =)
